We are looking for an experienced and committed OHS Manager to lead our safety operations within telecom field projects, including tower climbing, transmission works, BSS/RF installation, fiber deployment, and site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and implement HSE policies and programs tailored to telecom field activities
2- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments at BTS, MW, and fiber sites
3- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, telecom standards, and client requirements (Zain, Huawei, Ericsson)
4- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
5- Coordinate safety training programs (working at height, electrical safety, confined space, etc.)
6- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices
7- Prepare and submit HSE performance reports, including KPIs and incident data
8- Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and subcontractors to enforce safety standards
9- Liaise with authorities for regulatory compliance

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within the telecom or construction industry
- Preferred certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, ISO 45001
- Strong understanding of telecom-specific field risks
- Proven experience in leading HSE teams and implementing safety strategies
- Strong reporting and communication skills
