With continuous growth and innovation, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our operational team and ensure smooth execution of projects and daily activities.
Position Overview:
The operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Arcella’s operations team across multiple projects, including fiber optic networks, smart energy, and infrastructure systems. This role focuses on coordinating daily tasks, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between teams and management to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager and Head of Technical in implementing operational plans and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in compliance with company standards.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to engineers, technicians, and the wider technical team.
- Maintain schedules, project trackers, and progress reports for ongoing projects.
- Support in resource allocation by tracking equipment, materials, and workforce needs.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for follow-ups and coordination.
- Handle administrative issues at the Duhok office, including documentation, office support, and coordination with management.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, documentation, and presentations for management.
- Monitor project deadlines and flag delays or risks to the Operations Manager and Head of Technical.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, invoices, and project-related paperwork.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to streamline workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or any related engineering field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support (preferably in telecom, IT, or infrastructure projects).
- Experience with scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with fiber optics, solar energy, or low-current systems is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Trilingual: Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
